50 years ago, during 1669, Mount Etna produced one of its longest and most disruptive lava flow that reached Catania. It was only one of the multitude of eruptions emitted by the Volcano during his long evolution. During a journey from Catania to Aci Castello and then to the summit crater area, going by the "Valle del Bove", we will describe Mount Etna's evolution describing the main stages of its history.
